standard interior and exterior wood doors of all kinds as well as 20 minute fire rated panel doors. Our fire
doors are available in many different designs and wood species
including red oak, ponderosa pine, poplar, birch, knotty pine,
cherry, African mahogany, maple, Douglas fir, hickory, walnut and
alder.
Our 20 minute positive pressure stile and rail fire
doors are a perfect match to our interior stile and rail doors.
These doors may be built with a raised or flat panel. Most panel
door deigns can be built as a fire rated door.
Our raised molded fire doors are designed for
commercial or residential use. The RM1 door works well in house to
garage applications. The interior of the door compliments our
interior stile and rail doors. The exterior side of the door is
flush, and may be painted or stained. This door is ideal for budget
conscious projects.
The RM2 door is the same as the RM1 door, only both
sides have the added moldings. This allows for added door dimensions
and specifications that may not be available in the traditional
stile and rail fire rated door. Most panel door designs can be built
as a RM series door. Raised molded fire doors are available in red
oak, knotty pine, ponderosa pine, maple, cherry and poplar.
Fire door codes vary from city to city, county to
county and state to state. Make sure you check with your local
building inspector for their requirements before making any
purchase.
